Friendly, open communication and cultural sensitivity ensure an inclusive and supportive environment. My Indian heritage celebrates diversity. Effective communication articulates faculty concerns to the administration. My commitment to understanding and collaboration will enhance our academic community

 

What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

As a faculty representative, I'm dedicated to enhancing faculty and student well-being, and promoting inclusivity, academic excellence, and transparency. I'll advocate for faculty support, diversity, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I aim to improve student engagement and success, champion sustainability, celebrate cultural diversity, and foster collaboration. My goal is to create an inclusive, positive academic environment through open communication and empathetic leadership at UCL.
