I spent more than 1year in BSA. I really love BSA and I hope all pupils can realise their ambition and have successful outcome in the end. Akshaya Chinnaraju
What will you bring to this role (e.g. experience, skills or qualities)?

I'd like to present myself as a candidate for the faculty representative post, coming with the experience of being the student representative during my bachelor's for around 640 students where I was involved in the planning and scheduling of co-curricular and extra-curricular events, site visits, conferences and more. This was a task I helped regulate and streamline by continually collecting my peers' feedback on developments and making recommendations for adjustments and improvements to provide immediate redressals.

What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

In my experience, I've learnt that patience, good listening and effective communication are key to this role - which I shall bring. These skills would help me be open to receiving and processing information from the discussions and meetings that I’d be attending. Complimenting my inclination to be a good listener is my attention to detail - with which I aim to be able to save all stakeholders’ time by condensing important information to be delivered.

Please summarise why students should vote for you.

I’m completely new here as are most of my peers. I’d be mindful of that, and all possible difficulties involved when taking action as a PGT Rep. The aim is to make the experience as rewarding and enjoyable as possible for all of us here at the university- it’s as simple as that - but that’s going to need some work and I’m here for it.
