Tennis Club: BUCS M3 Captain

I am standing for captain of the tennis team because I care deeply about M3 as well as the UCL tennis community. Being part of this team has been one of the most valuable experiences for me and I want to take a more active role to continue this experience. Inspired by my captain, I want to encourage players during tough matches or touch times, boosting confidence point by point and watching them play till the end, even if they win or lose ill always be encouraging them and supporting them helping them improve for next time. 

I believe I have good traits being a captain, working hard and always pushing myself to improve as well as being friendly and respectful to others. I feel like being a captain should always be focus on the task in hand but as well as being open and interpersonal with their peers and their team members. Always showing up with a smile when we see them and giving respect to them even though you are captain. I want to create a positive environment for the team, allowing team members to not be afraid to ask me any questions as well as succeeding as a team. I want every player to feel motivated to do well.

I am committed and ready to anything at hand as a captain, always prepared to do anything even if theres a task that was sent to me last minute.

I am ready to take on this challenge and give my best to help our team succeed.
