Taekwondo Club: ITF Captain

Hi! Im Sofia and I’m a 2nd dan black belt in ITF. I’m super excited to be running for ITF captain next year!
I have been training in ITF for 10 years, and have always been teaching other club members. It’s probably my favourite part of Taekwondo, especially more recently as I’ve become an assistant instructor at my home club. I’m encouraging, energetic and I love to see people make progress and gain confidence in their own training. I will bring the party to all of our ITF sessions!
I have had so much fun with UCL Taekwondo this year and have gained so much confidence because of the amazing people in our club. I’ve also had an amazing time competing with the team and I’m so excited to help others achieve similar things!
