Swimming Club: Women's Competitive Captain

Hi guys, I'm Margherita, and I'm running for women's competitive captain next year. I was the interim women's competitive captain this year, and I really enjoyed the role. Through being captain this year I gained valuable experience and an understanding of how to best be a captain and how to cater to the varying needs and goals of the members of the team. For next year, I want to make the team stronger in the pool, hopefully include some gym sessions and also foster a more close knit team. I would love to contnue to be your captain next year!!
