Hey guys! I’m Tiffany, your current Outreach Officer, and I’m running to be President of UCL Street Aid Society! Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the impact we've created for those in need and the sense of community we have cultivated throughout. I’m determined to make Street Aid a more inclusive and impactful space for our service targets and volunteers, a vision that I hope to achieve as your President.

As President, I will:

  1. Foster member involvement in our outreach sessions: I will spearhead our ongoing ‘Outreach Leaders’ initiative for regular volunteers willing to take the extra step in helping out!
  2. Increase outreach impact: Sourcing healthier foods and offering a wider, more sustainable range of necessities (clothing, towels and toiletries) for our service targets.
  3. Build partnerships with charities: Organising one-off volunteering sessions with local charities and food banks, where members can explore volunteering opportunities outside of our regular outreaches and fundraisers.
  4. Initiate collaborations with UCL volunteering societies: Non-members can volunteer for our cause, and our members can learn about other meaningful volunteering initiatives at UCL.
  5. Organise social and welfare activities: Regular sessions aimed at building a supportive community within the society - volunteers can get to know each other and have some fun!

I’d be so honoured to serve as your President. Do vote for me and hope to see all of you at our future outreach sessions!
