Statistics Society: President

I’m standing for president of the UCL Statistics Society because I’m passionate about building a vibrant, welcoming community for everyone interested in statistics and data science. I love coding and working with data, and I want to create more opportunities for members to develop these skills through workshops, hackathons, and hands-on projects. Beyond that, I’m excited to organize socials, networking events, and other activities to bring people together. This year, as a first-year rep, I helped design posters and actively promoted events, which boosted attendance and engagement, and I want to build on that experience to make the society even more dynamic and inclusive.

I hope to make the UCL Statistics Society a place where everyone can learn, connect, and have fun, and I’d be thrilled to do that as your president.
