Squash Club: Women's 2s Captain

I started playing squash in sixth form and I loved the ability to practice the sport even when you're on your own. I stopped playing after school for a few years but came back to it this year at university. The UCL squash teams have been so accommodating and the experience of playing matches against other universities has reinvigorated my love for squash.

I am running for the Women's 2s Captain this year as I want to give back to the team that has been so welcoming. Outside of squash, I am the editor-in-chief of a student legal newsletter where I have developed an ability to communicate effectively and organise a group of people. 

As Captain, I will coordinate match schedules with different universities and I promise to make sure everyone feels supported and included in the team. I will also organise team socials so everyone in the team can get to know each other better.
