Quant Society: Treasurer

Managing a society's finances requires the same rigour as managing real capital. Having done both, I am confident I can serve as Treasurer of the Quant Society effectively.

As a summer intern at Aditya Birla Group's Corporate Economics Cell, I built automated valuation pipelines processing 10,000+ data points and quantified market risk across 12 regional segments to inform $3 million capital allocation decisions. I understand that financial responsibility is not just about bookkeeping but about making sure resources are allocated where they create the most value.

As Treasurer I would keep society finances transparent, well-documented, and strategically deployed to support the events, workshops, and initiatives that make membership genuinely worthwhile.
