Election post
As FYR, I have already gained invaluable experience working within the committee and contributing meaningfully to the society's growth; not just from attending events but also helping both plan and run socials. Through creating promotional videos and online content, I’ve helped strengthen our digital presence and engagement, understanding how important visibility and branding are for maintaining excitement and attracting new members. Being on committee has given me insight into how we operate internally, from attending all the socials, as well as the weekly meetings, where problems are worked through, I have been involved at both an organisational and community level. I’m not stepping into the role of Vice President to learn from scratch, but rather ready to lead the committee, support the President, and make sure every member feels included, represented and proud to be part of our society, as I have felt myself this year. I work extremely well with the other FYR’s applying for committee next year and I believe this existing teamwork and mutual understanding would create a strong, collaborative leadership dynamic. I am organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about Punjabi Society, not just as a role, but as a community. As VP, I would bring reliability and creativity, supporting the President while ensuring our events, promotion and internal communication continue to grow stronger.
