Pokémon Society: Social Secretary

Hi y'all! I'm Bryan and I'm running to be your Social Secretary for next year! You've probably seen me around events or on the server, whether yapping about random things, playing music at hot chocolate socials, or harnessing my inner Snorlax at post-event meals.

I'm nominating myself for this position because of the immense social circle that it has given me. As an international student, and with the large lifestyle changes that came with starting university, PokeSoc has been one of the best things that helped me settle into life here. From the amazing committee members that made every event inclusive and fun, and to the fellow members that are now among my closer friends at uni, I'd like to be able to return the favor and help evolve the society next year to make it an even better experience for those who'll join.  

In terms of what I can bring to the society as Social Sec, I have experience with leading multiple bands, and making sure everybody felt included while keeping morale high for upcoming performances, while also running their social media pages. While there won't be as many performances with PokeSoc, you can rest assured I will endeavor to make sure there is nobody who feels left out at events :D
