Magic Society: Workshop Officer

I am a magic enthusiast and have been a member of the Magic Society for two years. This year, I feel very honoured to serve as the Workshop Officer. I hope to continue in this role next year and share the skills and knowledge I have learned with everyone.

Uhh, hi I'm Marvin? If you come on Friday, you probably know me, but if not, you probably also saw me perform during the winter trivia show, brainwashing you about the bible and disloyal men in relationships. If you weren't there as well then I guess too bad.

It tells me to write why am I standing? I tried to put my CV into ChatGPT and generate this thing, but then realised my CV has nothing to do with magic. I guess I have been doing magic for two years now? Not the best at it but I really like learning and performing to my friends and I'll try my best? 

Oh but the main reason is cuz being in the committee gets you performance opportunities to get paid handsomely by UCL, I won't turn down money 🫶.
