Over the past year, being part of the club through the good, the bad, and the frankly ridiculous (where are the kits...) has shown me how important strong organisation and financial oversight are to keeping everything running smoothly — from equipment to social events to match logistics. I would like to take on the Treasurer role to help ensure the club remains financially stable, transparent (e.g. with the ETA on kits...), and well-managed.

I am confident in handling budgets and working with structured financial targets and deadlines (e.g. like making sure kits arrive on time) and I understand the importance of accountability when managing club funds. My aim would be to maintain clear records, communicate openly with the committee, and plan spending carefully so that we can enhance opportunities for the club while avoiding unnecessary risk.

Beyond the numbers, I care about the long-term sustainability of the club and making sure every member feels their contributions are being used responsibly. I would approach the role with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ultimate goal of accumulating maximum discretionary income for the most important events (tour, ball, socials.)
