I am standing for Head of Marketing because I am deeply fascinated by how fashion brands construct identity, shape perception, and build lasting legacies. Through participating in industry competitions, fashion-related online course certificates, and a luxury marketing internship in a high-pressure environment, I have developed a strong understanding of audience segmentation, strategic positioning, and purposeful communication. I am particularly drawn to how cohesive messaging across different channels strengthens brand equity and drives engagement.
If selected, I would develop a clear and recognisable identity for the society to ensure visual consistency, strong storytelling, and strategic promotion of events to not only increase participation but also improve the value of the society's offerings. I believe that marketing should go beyond informing the target audience but also generate anticipation and convert interest into active participation. I would focus on refining our value proposition by identifying our core audience and aligning content with current fashion and digital trends. By combining creativity with structural planning, I would work towards increasing visibility, engagement, and long-term brand recognition for the society.
