Eurasian Business Society: President

Hi everyone, I'm Katherine, and I am super excited to be running for president of EBS this year. My reason for standing for this role is very simple: I have enjoyed my time on the committee as 'Head of Enterprise' over the past year. As head of enterprise, I have led a diverse range of events. However, being able to represent the society in that capacity is not my only rationale; I thoroughly appreciate the behind-the-scenes work. Coordinating with other committee members to bring the events to fruition required clear communication, leadership, and innovation; all characteristics that I hope to imbue in the future committee as president. Working alongside the current committee has been wonderful, and I cannot wait to contribute to the society everything I have learnt about the Eurasian Business world over the past year. I have ample leadership experience, but I hope the work I've done for the society sums up everything I need to say! In terms of ideas for the future, I would love to develop all three of our branches, but even more so, the areas where they intersect. I would love to lean more into our network, collaborating with other societies and companies, providing opportunities for our members to explore what interests them. This will come in many different forms, including panels, socials, workshops, and more!
