Second-year MSci Physics at UCL. German, Dutch, Chinese. As one of your External Events Officer, I've been assisting with organising inter-societal events.

My interest in Energy Society has further flourished with technical work I have done. Right now I'm developing Physics-Informed Neural Networks to price derivatives under the Heston stochastic volatility model: work I'm actively extending toward energy options pricing.

I have financial experience from serving as student financial representative on my school's governing board, and as financial officer for Europe's largest MUN; auditing institutional budgets and liaising with sponsors. Finance and technical work have been intertwined for me from the start.

What I will do:

Transparency — Regular public financial reporting. Every member knows where the money goes.

Bigger events — Smarter budget allocation to fund the inter-university conferences and outer-university conferences so that delegations from our society have the opportunity to go to industry events.
