If elected, I will focus on turning student feedback into clear, trackable change. I will run regular feedback channels through quick surveys and faculty rep, and publish simple “You said, we did” updates to expose progress. I will push for better study space during peak periods and more consistent standards on assessment, feedback, and personal tutoring across departments. I will also advocate for clearer module information, accessible materials, and practical guidance on AI use in teaching and assessment, while strengthening the Academic Reps Network through better support and communication.
Previously working as a students’ union president and minister in academic functions, I represented diverse student views, negotiated with staff, and followed issues through to resolution with clear reporting. I have designed courses and co-developed curriculum modules, giving me a practical understanding of teaching from both student and staff perspectives. Through internships, I’ve managed projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders and delivering outcomes. I’m comfortable working in committees and communicating clearly with students, with a strong focus on fairness and consistency.
Vote for me if you want an Education Officer who will listen consistently, act strategically, and report back clearly.
I will:
- Take your academic priorities into UCL committees and decision-making spaces—and stay there until outcomes move.
- Strengthen faculty and academic reps so issues escalate faster and more fairly.
- Focus on practical wins that improve daily study life: space, assessment/feedback, tutoring support, and digital education clarity.
Less noise, more change—and a visible trail of what we achieved together.

Hi, I’m Sarah, & I’m rerunning to be your Education Officer!
There are gaps in UCL’s education system - in feedback, financial support & more - and they pose huge challenges to any student who may stumble or fall through. I want to fix these gaps.
In my year as EO, I’ve advocated with students, reps, & campaigners, challenging senior stakeholders to make student voices heard and acted on.
If re-elected, I’ll hit the ground running on pressing student issues, pushing to ensure UCL students get an education that is worthwhile, accessible, and truly supports them - especially when they need it most.
