Disaster Risk Reduction and Humanitarianism Society: Treasurer

Having been part of the DRRH Society for the past two years, first as First Year Representative and currently as Academic Outreach Officer, I have been actively involved in the society and its initiatives. These roles have given me valuable insight into how the society operates and the importance of strong organisation and collaboration within the committee. Through this experience, I have developed a genuine commitment to the society and its members, which is why I would like to take on the role of Treasurer.  Therefore, as Treasurer, I would aim to manage the society’s finances responsibly and transparently, ensuring that funds are used effectively to support events, academic opportunities, and initiatives that benefit members. Taking on this role would provide me with the opportunity to continue contributing in this new capacity. 

I look forward to working with the committee to support our members and help make the upcoming year another successful one for DRRH!
