Angelica Bidlack

Dear fellow Diplomacy Society Members, 

My name is Angelica, and I am a Philosophy, Politics, and Economics student. I am excited to run for being Vice President in the Diplomacy Society! 

I always enjoyed working on the administrative side of student organizations. One example that aligns closely with this administrative role is my experience as a student body president at my previous school, where I organized bi-weekly assemblies, fun seasonal events, and, most relevant to this position, a monthly speaker series. In the speaker series we had people with diverse professions– from Harvard economics to fashion curators– share their career with students. 

Over the past year as both an active member and Head of Events, I had the opportunity to get to know many of you and gain a deeper understanding of how the Society operates. From organizing initiatives like a career panel to learning alongside you at Pizza and Politics sessions, I valued every experience. I would love to engage more deeply with our Society’s community and build on my experiences as Vice President. As VP, I am confident I can continue collaborating closely with members and the committee to create meaningful events that support your academic and career goals while helping the Society grow.  

I look forward to working with you, whether being your VP or as an active member of the Diplomacy Society. Thank you for considering me – I would love the opportunity to grow this society with you!
