Dance Society: President

Hello everyone! I'm Abby and I'd LOVE to be your next president! : ) I have loved being apart of dance society, making the best connections and memories throughout my time. I am so excited to be able to give that all back as president. I want to make dance society a fun, warm environment where everyone can have fun, make friends, learn cool stuff, all that jazz (pun intended) yk. 

After having choreographed or danced in basically every show possible (24hr show your time will come), and now being comps coordinator this past year, I know DanceSoc inside and out. I feel confident in being able to manage a large committee and society & organize and oversee all the behind-the-scenes admin to make sure the next year runs so so smoothly! You can trust me to foster a great, supportive community, liaise between committee, society & SU, and submit every form with ease. I have gained lots of insight into how this society functions and how best to support it from a comps perspective and building on top of that as president will be so so fun!!

Personally, I would love to build out dancesoc's connections with external studios while increasing our UCL connections, collaborating on projects and overall building members' opportunities within artsucl and beyond. I would make dance as accessible for all as possible while safeguarding welfare of dancers all year! I can't wait to get started !!! thanks a bunch y'all (you won't regret!) ! < 3
