Cypriot and Hellenic Society: President

I am applying for President of the Cypriot and Hellenic Society because I believe the society plays an important role in creating a strong sense of community for Greek and Cypriot students at UCL. 

As President, my goal would be simple: to further strengthen the community by bringing Greek and Cypriot students closer together and encouraging greater interaction across different year groups. I would work to continue organising successful events such as Greek and Cypriot nights and cultural celebrations like Tsiknopempti.

In addition, I believe UCL is in a unique position as part of a wider Greek and Cypriot student community across London. I would therefore aim to strengthen collaboration with similar societies at other universities, helping organise joint events that bring together students from across the city.
