Hi, I’m Christina, a first-year Geography and Economics student at UCL with a strong interest in consulting, external engagement, and building meaningful partnerships. I enjoy connecting people and organisations and supporting initiatives that create value for student communities. In high school, I served as President of the Economics Society, where I organised weekly events and actively reached out to sponsors and external partners. This experience taught me how effective communication and persistence can secure resources that help societies grow and deliver impactful programmes.
I am applying for Vice-President – Sponsorships & External Relations because I admire how UCL Consulting Society promotes professional development and industry exposure through panels, case workshops, office visits, mentorship and networking. I want to strengthen and expand the society’s relationships with consulting firms and corporate partners to support these initiatives.
If selected, I would focus on identifying aligned sponsors, preparing clear and professional proposals, maintaining strong partner relationships, and exploring new funding or collaboration opportunities. I would also ensure close coordination between events and partner expectations. My goal is to build sustainable external relationships that enhance event quality and create more opportunities for members.
