I judge consulting events by one simple test:

When it ends… do people leave with notes, or just a freebie?

I’m running for VP Events because Consulting Society deserves events that people actually prepare for, talk about after, and reference in interviews.

Over the past year at UCL, I’ve helped promote and attend a wide range of society events. I’ve seen what separates the forgettable ones from the rooms that feel sharp and high-value.

It’s rarely about making events bigger. It’s about making them more intentional and professionally run.

If elected, here’s what I will focus on:

  • Events that mirror real consulting environments: More case-style sessions, interactive formats, and structured pressure moments.
  • Flagship events people actively plan around: Earlier promotion coordination and stronger speaker alignment so attendance feels truly competitive!
  • Flawless behind-the-scenes execution: Timelines locked early and on-the-day delivery that feels smooth and professional.

Why me?

Because I pay attention to the small operational details, most people only notice when they go wrong. I’m highly structured in planning and very focused on member value. Consulting Society already attracts serious students. My goal is to make our events feel worthy of that audience.

If you want events that raise the bar, not just fill the calendar, I’d genuinely value your vote.

I am running for Vice President of the Events Division because I have gained a clear understanding of what this role entails through working closely with the current VP this year. As a 1st-Year Rep in Events, I had the opportunity to help organize the society’s flagship event, the Consulting Summit, which is the primary event the Events VP is responsible for leading and delivering.

Through this process, I worked closely with the President, VP of Events, and the wider executive team, and was involved from the very start in organizing both the internal competition and the inter-university summit. My responsibilities included coordinating teams, drafting invitation emails, supporting logistics, and leading heat rounds during the competitions.

Being part of the organizing team gave me a clear understanding of the planning, coordination, and teamwork required to deliver events of this scale. Because I have already been closely involved in the event that the Events VP oversees, I understand what works, what can be improved, and what it takes to lead the team behind it.

Beyond UCL, I also bring leadership experience from high school, where I served as VP of Student Council and helped organize school-wide events. I also initiated and organized an inter-school math competition, where I coordinated participating schools and managed competition logistics.

With this experience, I am confident in my ability to lead the Events Division and continue delivering impactful events for the society.

Ever since I joined UCL Consulting Society in September, I have been enjoying everything this society has to offer, from consulting summits to case study workshops, and most importantly the great community. Since February, I have the pleasure of working alongside other consultants of the society on a project supporting an AI-startup. Now I want to give something back and would love to serve as your next Vice-President - Events.

Alongside my activities at UCL Consulting Society, I have served this year as Careers Executive at the UCL SOM society, learning to recruit industry professionals and run workshops for members. I would love to bring those skills to UCL Consulting Society as Vice-President Events.

I will make sure the society continues to deliver insightful consulting events, ranging from case competitions to consulting insights panels with senior professionals and interview preparation workshops. I also want to strengthen and expand our joint events with other societies. Equally important to me is organising more social events, where members can share their passion for consulting in a relaxed atmosphere, be it pub evenings, sports nights or alumni gatherings.

Besides my passion for consulting, I am a first-year Management Science student, speak three languages (English, German and pretending to speak French) and am a big sports fan.

I would really appreciate you support! Feel free to reach out (+4915122074039).
