Radmehr Jowkar Dris

I’m running for Head of Learning because I want the CS Society to be the place where every member, regardless of experience, can genuinely improve their skills and confidence in computer science.

Learning in tech shouldn’t feel intimidating or inaccessible. My goal is to make our learning resources more structured, practical-sided, and also beginner-friendly, while still offering depth for more experienced members. I want to expand hands-on workshops, create clearer learning pathways for topics like algorithms, systems, and AI, and make sure events actually help people build skills they can use in projects, internships, and research.

I also want to strengthen collaboration within the society. That means peer-led study groups, mentorship between older and newer students, and resources that stay useful even after events end. The aim is simple: learning shouldn’t stop when a workshop finishes.

Most importantly, I care about making learning opportunities accessible to everyone, whether you’re just starting CS or already in the process of building your advanced projects. If elected, I’ll focus on practical learning, supportive collaboration, and resources that help every member grow.

If you want a CS Society where people genuinely learn, build, and improve together, I’d really appreciate your vote.
