Boat Club: Senior Women's Captain

As senior women's captain, my main goals include to: 

• foster a positive, supportive and inclusive environment
• training geared to helping people meet their desired individual goals, be it competitive or recreational 
• maintain good communication among the squad and with coaches, and engage actively with feedback 
• ensure smooth novice to senior transition

I will draw on my experience as current Novice Women's captain to ensure good communication and structure so the squad stays cohesive and supportive, allowing next year's senior women to always work hard and work happy, because happy rowers make good rowers!
