Boat Club: Rowing Secretary

I am running for Rowing secretary to ensure that the backbone of the club's organisation is maintained to a high standard. A strong administration underpins the strong performances we all strive for and I am committed to delivering both for you, and the future of the boat club. 

With 5 years in the sport we all so love, I know that the best opportunities come from our relationships. Working alongside the incoming committee I believe we can use those connections to create meaningful opportunities that drive our development forward. First among many ambitions is that I hope to be able to take our easter training camp international with the help of the knowledge, expertise and connections offered by Jon, Chess and Ian. I am confident an Italian training camp will not only sharpen our skills moving into regatta season but provide a fabulous adventure that not many other boat clubs have the option of taking.

To make this possible, I will maintain clear and prompt communication with the members, coaches and committee of this fantastic boat club, ensuring that everyone stays well informed around races, camps and other happenings in and around the boat club. Deadlines will be met properly with no confusion making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Together we shall make UCL Boat Club great again. Onwards and Upwards.
