Bioethics and Medical Law Society: Welfare Officer and Vice President

DEBATE DEBATE DEBATE DEBATE my role as VP will mark BMLSoc's takeover of the LLB Law Degree and Bentham House - I will transgress into your modern Chinese Jeremy Bentham:

• DEBATE: I will the one and only master ragebaiter, I'd aim to organise collaborations with Law for All / LawSoc / DebateSoc to establish a new hallmark debate event belonging to BMLSoc - where especially STEM students can gain exposure and flex _{that we know what we're talking about} our knowledge 😍😍😍
• MORE DEBATE: this includes the ad hoc-style with GenSoc, which can revive for the next academic year again!
• Reviving and up-scaling STEMathon: prepare yourself ahead for brain tickling open discussions revolving bioethics (where you can challenge the unsuspecting Year 1 students that just arrived to UCL 😇😇)
• More yummy speakers: in collaboration with our new Outreach Officer role, we'd love to diversify the speakers invited, reaching to law firms and research institutions - we wnat to increase engagement from our post-graduate members (🥺 we see you Master's / PhD students!!! 🥺)
• I know what _{is floptina} works well: I've done this before as your former Events Officer, I know how to _{bully people (respectfully) to show up} generate an audience; I know what events work well - so you can trust me to help grow BMLSoc even further than what it was this past year

Ultimately, as VP - I will bring to you Cynthia Erivo brain tickling events, supporting our president and committee to connect and learn with all our members!
