Basketball Club (Women's): Team 2 Captain

Hello hello everyone! I’m Bea, and I’ve been an avid twos player for the past two years.

I’ve been through the thick of it with this lovely team, all the way from tough losses to winning Varsity in 2025. The more time I spend with the twos, the more convinced I am that this is the perfect place to enjoy basketball for the sake of it, while still pushing yourself to improve.

We’re serious (but not too serious) and as captain, I want to strike that balance just right.

I’ll organise fun team socials to keep our bond strong off the court whilst making sure no one leaves training without feeling like we’ve worked hard. At the end of the day, we still want to win. I’ll ensure communication flows openly within the team and between us and the coach. I’ll keep everyone regularly updated on games and training schedules, and I’ll always be there to offer encouragement when we need it most.

The twos mean a lot to me, and I’d love the opportunity to lead us next season. So vote me if you want a captain that values vibes as much as winning varsity!
