93% Club Society: Vice President

I’m standing for Vice President of The 93% Club because this society made a real difference to me, and I want other students to feel that support too. Coming to university from a state school, I know how intimidating networking, internships, and applications can feel when you don’t have the same guidance as others. 

The 93% Club gave me practical advice and a community that gets it. 

As Vice President, I want to support the President in leading the society, helping plan events, and making sure every member has a voice. 

I would focus on three things. 

Access: running workshops with alumni and employers so members get real help with careers and applications. 

Confidence: growing mentoring and social events so new members feel welcome and can build strong connections. 

Impact: working with other societies and outreach programmes to speak up for state school students and ensure their needs are heard. 

I have experience and leadership skills from being our Welfare and Communications Officer, managing social media, creating content, and keeping our online space safe and inclusive. I care about widening opportunity and want every member to feel supported, empowered, and ready to succeed in everything they do.
