I am running for President of the UCL Women in STEM Society because I believe in building a stronger, more inclusive, and empowering community for women and non-binary students in STEM. Having led this society before, I understand the importance of creating opportunities that inspire, support, and connect our members. I want to expand our reach by organising insightful talks, skill-building workshops, and networking events that provide real career benefits. More than that, I want to foster a genuine sense of community where members feel valued and supported, whether through mentorship programs, peer discussions, or collaborations with other societies. Representation in STEM is more than just numbers-it is about creating spaces where everyone can thrive. As President, I will work to amplify our impact, strengthen our presence, and ensure that every member of our society feels empowered to break barriers and succeed.
