TFL Society: Welfare Officer

Hey everyone! My name is Danilo and I am applying to be your Welfare Officer again! I have enjoyed being on the committee of TFL Society this year and I want to continue supporting all of you lovely transport enthusiasts and all future members! I will continue to do regular Welfare Check-Ins and more Welfare Socials, such as Tea and Biscuit afternoons and Colouring Socials. One of my goals for next year is to collaborate with more societies, networks, organisations and universities so that more members can make more friends and meet more people. I have a lot of experience and contacts and thus I believe that I will be able to help the society increase its reach and help create new connections and friendships in the SU. I would also like to do some specific disability-related events in order to discuss how to improve accessibility in transport. Morever, I will strive to ensure to ensure that TFL Society is a happy, welcoming, accessible and inclusive place and I will strive to help members as much as I can. I will always there for you all and will always support and signpost where I can, and ensure that the society is the best it can be for you.
