I am excited to nominate myself for the role of Tech Director for TEDx UCL. With a strong background in photography, videography and editorial work, I believe I can help managing the technological challenges our society will face.
Having served as event support for this year, I have helped organise the conference. I helped record and edit this year's guest speakers at our annual conference and I would like to do again at next year's conference. I would like to help improve the experience of our members at all the events next year by ensuring all videos, sound, visuals, lighting and more are smooth and up to professional standards.
Over the years, I have gained experiences in freelance photography and videography. I am also currently directing my own short film. These experiences, alongside my study of architecture and design, has given me a good understanding of composition, lighting and post production.
Beyond the technical execution, I look forward to working with the other commitee members in organising events and discussions.
