Taylor Swift Society: Events Officer

For me, being a Swiftie is so much more than just being a fan of Taylor Swift's music. The real enjoyment of being a part of such a great community is discussing your opinions with others and appreciating a vast array of viewpoints. By becoming an Events Officer for UCL's Taylor Swift Society, I hope to continue events like the Swiftie Seminars, where we can sit down each week and analyse Taylor's legendary songwriting and lyricism. But that's only half the fun.

Being a fan of a music artist means you've got to appreciate the actual songs too! I hope to continue the highly popular Taylor Swift Karaokes and parties, where we'll all be saying "Oh my, what a marvelous tune".

I also hope to bring in some new events, perhaps themed to specific eras, or where we listen to a full album or watch one of Taylor's concerts and share opinions as we go along. Most importantly though, I want to hear from you, the members of the society! "Who knows if you never showed up what could've been!"
