Taekwondo Club: Treasurer

Hi everyone! I’m putting myself forward to be your next treasurer. Why? Because I love taekwondo, I’m good with numbers, and I promise not to lose all our money (very important).

I know how much dedication you all put into this club, so I want to make sure we have the funds to keep training hard, competing, and maybe even treating ourselves every now and then.

My experience? I study theoretical physics, so I basically live in a world of numbers and equations. I’ve also worked with budgets before, whether that’s analysing financial data for an internship or just being the responsible one when splitting bills with friends. Managing our society’s finances? No problem.

If elected, I’ll make sure every pound is accounted for, help organise funding for competitions and kit, and ensure our financial situation is as solid as a well-executed sidekick. Most importantly, I pledge to make our money go further, whether that’s securing better deals, finding extra funding, or just being smart with our spending.

I also want to ensure transparency in how our funds are used, so I’ll keep you all informed on where our money is going. If you have any ideas, I’m all ears!
