Swimming Club: Competitive Captain (Women's)

Hello ◡̈ I am responsible, dedicated and approachable.

I am eager to take on the role of Competitive Team Captain for ucl swim team as I am passionate about adopting a strong, motivated, and supportive team culture within the ucl swim club. I’ve been swimming since 4 years old and competing since 9 with specialising in butterfly as my main stroke. I think this would benefit us in competitions such as BUCS and Varsity, and also maintain the enjoyable environment we have already. I have been in my swim club since 8 years old and being there has taught me a lot about not only being apart of a team but also leading a team. I am confident in my ability to lead by example, organise effective training strategies, and ensure our team thrives both in and out of the pool. As a swimming teacher and swim coach myself, I am assured in my ability to produce strong sets and training workouts in order for the competitive team to excel.
