Squash Club: President

Hi guys! I’m Inaayat, this year’s women’s captain. You might have seen me occasionally at social squash or more enthusiastically on the club’s Instagram counting towards our winning streak. I love the club for its inclusive, fun space to make friends and learn together. This past year, the club made great progress expanding opportunities for members, and I want to continue this upward trajectory. I’ve gained an understanding of the club’s workings through captaincy and I now want to use this experience to give back all the love I’ve received from the club.

  More options for kit- t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, skirts
  Earlier training timings (9 pm slots- I feel you)
  Building a strong uni network through clear communication to streamline fixtures and minimise last-minute changes
• Social Squash
  More intra-club tournaments and streamlined club nights
  Intra-club social Squash league- owing to demand 
  Organising match viewings to engage with teams and understand the league system
  Support for Warwick trip to encourage higher level participation and experience

  More alcoholic/non-alcoholic socials, to boost interactions with fellow squash players 
  Monthly feedback system to address your needs and suggestions 
  Prioritized court space- summer bookings to maximize available hours
