As the current Treasurer and BUCS(s) Captain, I’ve listened to YOUR voices and needs. Having negotiated our club's first sponsorship and fund, I'm running to do more next year to make our club BETTER for EVERYONE.

  • Events: Joint networking events with KCL/LSE, snooker socials, our own prized tournaments, additional LCPL team, joining local leagues...
  • Reduce Cost: Reduce membership costs by negotiating event hours with Hurricane Room, enabling more events and tables.
  • Partnerships: Source more venue and equipment sponsors to improve the experience of our events.
  • Growth: Increase the club's visibility via marketing to attract more members for networking.
Jonah Brink Dalton

Cue sports are my biggest and most extensive hobby, and I pride myself on my dedication to improving and learning about the different games.

Within the context of our society, I want to help grow the membership and raise awareness of the sport that we love so that we can continue to grow.

On the BUCS side of the society, I believe that my competitive spirit, team nature and leadership skills would characterise me as the right person to help us grow and develop our competitiveness, and be ambitious for us to win and improve more in both pool and snooker.

Additionally, my experience in entrepreneurship and positions of responsibility in sixth form  set me up positively to manage the administrative tasks and responsibilities that the society entails, as well as ensuring that I can organise and help the other society leaders to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
