I'm Johnnie! I've had such a fantastic time helping Shaksoc grow this year in my role as social secretary, from organising successful collaborative pub quizzes and events, to play readings and tours with The Globe.
Taking my organisation skills and applying them to the role of Treasurer will put Shakesoc in good stead for the coming year. I can ensure:
- Competent budget planning
- Responsible delegation of funds
- Efficient liaising with all members of the company and prod teams
- Sensible spending while allowing the society to pursue ambitious projects
Having been involved in countless Shakesoc productions from the beginning of my first year, I'd love as treasurer to provide the means for students to enjoy the same opportunities, if not better, in the coming academic year.
