Shakespeare Company: Social Media Secretary

Hello!! I'm Jennifer, a 2nd Year BA English student, and having seen ShakeSoc's community bloom over my time here, I hope to be part of helping it continue to flourish next year as Social Media Secretary.

I've been with this society since my first term at UCL, having performed in productions such as 'Measure for Measure' and 'The Tempest' in my first year and now being its current secretary. There's so much joy to be found in this creative community - I've met some wonderful people along the way! - and by effectively managing our social media and communications, I hope we can continue to form new connections and show that anyone can give Shakespeare a go. My time as secretary has taught me that clear and effective outreach is key to maintaining and encouraging engagement, so I plan to create a design language that is both eye-catching and cohesive, ensure that information on all our channels of communication are easily accessible, and maintain a frequent online presence.
