Through the BPSA Officer position, I wish to bring my experience in event coordination, and collaboration with external organisations to our society - to foster active student participation and to strengthen our society’s presence within the broader pharmaceutical community.
As a Publications Subcommittee Member of the British Pharmaceutical Students' Association (BPSA), I have been actively involved in creating engaging content to support future pharmacists. My participation in the BPSA Southern Area Conference further strengthened my connection with the association, allowing me to gain insight into event organisation and student engagement, while networking with pharmacy students and professionals. As Student Ambassador of DKMS UK, I organised donor registration events, secured funding, and coordinated logistics to engage students in meaningful healthcare initiatives. These roles have enhanced my ability to liaise with external organizations, promote student participation, and facilitate large-scale events within and outside our student body.
When selected as BPSA Officer, I will ensure strong communication between the School of Pharmacy Society and BPSA, keeping members informed about national events, networking opportunities, and professional development resources.

Hey everyone! I’m Yoobin Cho, a first-year pharmacy student. Alongside my studies, I am part of the PharmAlliance team. By running for BPSA officer, I hope to expand the collaboration between pharmacy schools through fresh initiatives :)
I’m running for the BPSA officer because I want to make our pharmacy journey more engaging, supportive, and full of opportunities. BPSA is our gateway to networking and career development. If elected, I will work to strengthen student engagement with BPSA, ensuring that more of us benefit from mentorship programs, networking events, and industry insights. I also want to facilitate networking between pharmacy schools by organising national and international inter-university events. Moreover, I will advocate for better academic and career support, including revision workshops, and career-focused initiatives. I will work hard to make BPSA more accessible and beneficial for everyone. Vote for me, and let’s build a stronger pharmacy community together!
