Hey! My name is Stace, and I am currently a second-year BA History student.
As a Welfare Officer this year, we came up with and organised various events in collaboration with Russian-speaking societies from other universities, including parties and socials at bars; we invited guest speakers, and, hopefully, had loads of fun overall!
I hope to continue bringing our—and your—ideas to life in 2025/26! I look forward to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment built on mutual respect, where everyone feels included and can find truly ‘their people.’ After all, having reliable friends by your side is just so important, isn’t it?
Beyond university, my experiences have improved my communication skills, developing my ability to engage well with diverse audiences and making me an open-minded and organised person. So, if that sounds good to you, make your choice—and see you next year!
