I am excited to run for the position of President at Real Estate Society 2025-2026! My goal as President is to leverage the current networks, expertise, and passion to build a more connected and resource-rich community at UCL!
As your current Treasurer, I have:
- Managed financial operations, including reimbursements, budgeting, and sponsor invoicing, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Cultivated long-term partnerships with leading firms like Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, as well as London SME real estate firms, The Developers Club, etc..
- Collaborated with the Wharton Real Estate Club during my exchange at UPenn, where I have planned cross-university initiatives with other real estate committees in the coming year.
Here’s my vision for the coming year:
- Launch a Real Estate Career Guide (asset classes, interviews, pathways) + live Job Tracker for our members
- Expand In-Person Office Visits to collaborative firms (BX, Goldman Sachs, etc.) and collaborate with universities in London and beyond (U.S., Asia, etc.) for joint case competitions or workshops
- Add monthly Coffee Chats with senior mentors & HR/professionals and set monthly workshops (e.g., appraisal, proptech, ESG)
- Partner with uni like Wharton, Columbia, LSE, KCL, etc. to co-host more hybrid panels & City Visit (we have a lot fundings now!)
With your trust, I will work tirelessly to ensure that our society not only meets but exceeds the aspirations of its members!

Having served as Head of Marketing for the UCL Real Estate Society, I have seen first-hand how the society connects students with industry professionals and career opportunities. Now, I am eager to take this further as President, with a focus on expanding opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, and enhancing the student experience.
Real estate can be difficult to navigate without the right exposure, and my goal is to broaden access to career insights, technical training, and networking. I will increase access to mentorship programs, skills workshops, and industry events, ensuring members gain the knowledge and connections needed to succeed. Expanding initiatives like technical workshops and networking events will help students gain a competitive edge in securing internships and graduate roles.
This role is also an opportunity to develop my leadership and strategic skills while creating a lasting impact on the society. Effective leadership requires collaboration, communication, and adaptability, and I am committed to fostering a strong, ambitious, and engaged community.
Ultimately, I want to make the UCL Real Estate Society a leading platform for aspiring professionals, where members can learn, connect, and grow. Through this role, I aim to facilitate new opportunities and strengthen the society’s presence within the industry.
