Public Affairs and Social Service Society: Secretary

Coming from a a local school in Hong Kong and later a UK state school, I didn’t have many connections before arriving at UCL. Being a subcommittee in UCL PASS over the past year has helped me build meaningful friendships, develop a sense of belonging to the Society, and stay connected to HK and UK affairs. Therefore, I wish to contribute further by serving as Secretary, using my administrative and leadership experience to support current and future members of UCL PASS.

I'm Lincoln and I'm excited to nominate myself for the role of Secretary. My experiences and passion have led me to step up and dedicate myself to the improvement of the society, and I believe that this role is well placed to achieve that vision.

I aim to collaborate with the committee and subcommittee members, as well as other societies to deliver a smooth and fruitful experience for everyone, be it in the form of career talks, workshops or social events. PASS to me has always been about engaging all members of the society, in order to improve our uni lives, one way or another. I'm very eager to embrace the challenge and take on a greater responsibility.
