Hi everyone! I’m YISHI FAN, and I’m excited to nominate myself for the role of Welfare Officer. Being part of a club isn’t just about events and activities—it’s about feeling comfortable, included, and supported. I want to help create a friendly and welcoming environment where every member feels like they belong.
As Welfare Officer, I’ll be approachable, open-minded, and ready to listen. Whether you have concerns, need support, or just want a friendly chat, I’ll always be available. My goal is to make sure that everyone feels valued and that any issues, big or small, are taken seriously.
University life can be busy and sometimes overwhelming, but our club should be a space where people feel at ease. I’ll work to promote inclusivity, ensure members’ voices are heard, and be a point of contact for anyone who needs support.
