Pole Fitness Club: Welfare Officer

Hi everyone! I am excited to nominate myself for Pole Fitness's welfare officer position. This year, I have been working as the society's social media manager and have enjoyed being part of the committee. It has given me great insight into our members and what matters to everyone. 

In the welfare officer position, I want to ensure everyone feels welcome and included in our pole community, making our space better for all members. I am a good listener and care about ensuring that everyone feels comfortable sharing any concerns, if you ever feel unsure about something or have an issue you'd like to address, I would be the person could come talk to. I aim to create a truly inclusive environment for everyone, such as promoting body positivity by celebrating ALL bodies in pole, creating a judgement-free environment, also prioritising mental health by creating check-ins during stressful periods like exams and organising wellness workshops.
