Working in this role, i would like to address the welfare concerns of our members. I will work to identify the area of needs and collaborate with the available agencies to provide the support that our members may require. This area of need will cover emotional, physical, and financial needs of the members. I will also strengthen the existing support systems and make them more user-friendly to boast its patronage.
I bring an invaluable experience in the management of welfare issues. I have worked in similar role, and have a greater understanding of human needs under certain pressing conditions. My approachability will make people more opened to come forward with their concerns, which will be treated with the strict confidentiality and the seriousness that it deserves. My ever-evolving leadership abilities will promote an affable teamwork that will enhance progress and make greater impact in our society.
My experience in the management of welfare issues puts me a position to better handle the welfare concerns of this society. I love working with people and would love we work together in making a community the best it can be.
