Hi guys! My name is Mia and I'm a third year Law with French Law student. I want to grow PiTV by focusing on collaborations with both Film Society and Cheese Grater to create an investigative series, focusing on news surrounding UCL Students’ Union and campus news, as well as feature pieces interviewing groups within UCL, providing a basis for students to build a strong portfolio of broadcast journalism. I also want to focus on introducing more career events to facilitate networking, demystify broadcast journalism, and help students consider their career in journalism, which can often seem out of reach! It’s also important to me to grow our socials, regularly posting short-form content like campus and Scala interviews both on TikTok and Instagram reels to improve engagement and awareness for the society, as well as allowing for content creators, camera operators, and anyone with an interest in Pi TV to pitch new ideas and get involved!
I’m a published journalist, having written for a newspaper with a readership of 55,000, and an active member of Pi Media, having worked across print, digital, and PiTV, and I’m super excited to have an opportunity to work more with the Pi team and grow PiTV even further! If you have ever been approached in Scala by a girl pretending to hold a microphone and interviewing you and your friends, that was most likely me- some would call me the Bridget Jones of UCL, others an annoyance, but either way clearly I'm overqualified for impromptu interviews

Hi, I'm Ridaa! In my second year at Pi, I want to take on more responsibility and create a bigger impact. As Pi's current Social Media Officer, I've got valuable insight into how the society operates and how we can improve our video coverage. I say we build upon the momentum we saw at PiTV this year, and hit the ground running in 2025: this means more student news, London news, society pieces and relatable UCL-centred entertainment. It also means getting new, vibrant personalities on camera that you want to watch, continuing the work done by our fine hosts this year (see 'Slice of Pi' episodes!). With my background in videography and media, including creating powerful short films and being a podcast host on my exchange year, I've got the personality and experience to bring our video output to life. PiTV has great potential to be a vibrant hub of engagement with the student body, and I would love to help it flourish.

Hi, I’m Lillie! Spending the year as a presenter for Pi TV has shown me how crucial this society is for shaping student culture and forming a real community. With a passion for authentic journalism, and experience in broadcasting and production, I am committed to delivering high-standard student journalism that highlights the core of the UCL student body. This society has really helped me to revive my love for journalism, and I’d love to continue on the legacy that Pi TV currently holds!

Hello! I’d LOVE to stand for PiTV co-Editor-in-Chief as I’m a whimsicial, passionate gal with an undying love for TV. As a longstanding Pi contributor, this feels like the perfect next step in my chaotic little media journey—plus, I’d love the chance to give back to this wonderful community.
I’ve spent the past year as Social Media Editor for The London Tab, creating both short- and long-form content to document the wild world of UCL, from student protests to the most cursed TikToks this uni has produced. Basically, if there’s a story, I’ll find a way to make it entertaining.
As PiTV co-Editor-in-Chief, I want to expand the scope of PiTV’s content—think more creative video content, more entertaining yet investigative deep dives, and maybe even a docu-series on the questionable fashion choices in the Main Quad. If you want original, fresh, and engaging TV content, I hope to be your gal.
Maisy :) x
