PhDConnect Society: Welfare Officer

Since 2024, I have been actively involved in PhDConnect at UCL, a student-led networking initiative designed to foster cross-discipline collaboration within the PhD community. Through my work, I have demonstrated dedication, leadership, and the ability to build meaningful connections across diverse academic fields.
One of my key contributions was leading PhDConnect’s presence at the Festival of Early-Stage Researchers in May 2024, where I successfully showcased our achievements and facilitated engagement among researchers from different disciplines. Balancing a complex workload within tight deadlines, I effectively coordinated activities, managed communications, and ensured the success of this pivotal event. My strong organizational and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to fostering academic collaboration, have been central to PhDConnect’s growth and impact.
