Nature and Conservation Society: President

Hi! I’m mars a second year psychology and language science student. I have a great fondness for this society: I joined as a birder, interested in learning what species London has to offer. And I stayed for the watercolours and debates and the sense of community Nature and Conservation society fosters. During term I’m a mental health line volunteer, speaking to students about whatever is on their mind, from relationships to heavier topics like self harm and suicide. But in my free time I can be found around the London parks or back home in Kent with a pair of binoculars. 
I hope in the coming year we can continue to support our local community, and openly discuss our views on the really pressing matters affecting our earth.
