Hi guys, I’m running to be secretary of museum Soc because:
- I’ve loved being in museum Soc this year and I want to get more involved and help make it even better next year
- I have good organisation and time management skills and think I’ve got what it takes to be a great secretary
- I want to help the society in planning more events
- I love museums and I want to get more people involved in the society so that everyone can experience how great they are

To further convince you here are some fun facts about me
- My favourite museum is the Historisk museum in Oslo
- I’ve been in the oldest wooden house in the world
- My favourite time period currently is the medieval period
- I love to learn new things and I’ve been trying to learn Hawaiian for a while

As the current Events Officer, I have seen firsthand how engaging events bring our community together, and I want to build on that momentum. As Secretary, my goal is to make the Museum Society more organized, engaging, and responsive to what our members truly want.

One of my key priorities is to increase the number of events while ensuring they reflect what our members are most interested in. I will actively seek input on which museums and exhibitions you want to visit, helping us create a more dynamic and well-attended event lineup.

Through my experience in London Strategic Consulting, various business case competitions, I have developed the ability to efficiently manage logistics, coordinate teams, and streamline communication—all essential for keeping the society running smoothly. My previous experience as Events Officer has also prepared me to organize engaging events while handling the details behind the scenes.

Museums offer something for everyone, and I want to ensure that our events reflect the diverse interests of our members—whether that’s history, art, science, or something more niche. By making our society more member-driven, we can create a more inclusive and engaged community.

I am committed to making the Museum Society a place where every member feels heard and involved. If elected, I will work hard to improve engagement, streamline organization, and create an event lineup that truly excites our community.
